── 01: GENERAL & PLATFORM
[?]What is Louistation and what trading bots are in the fleet?›
Louistation is a fully managed algorithmic trading infrastructure. You connect via exchange API keys (Read + Trade permissions only), while our cloud environment handles execution, bot logic, VPS hosting, and 24/7 monitoring.
The fleet currently consists of three specialized systems:
The fleet currently consists of three specialized systems:
- Loutias: Algorithmic EMA Pullback trading bot integrated with a Telegram AI Agent.
- Louapult: AI Market Intelligence engine providing macro sentiment and regime tracking.
- Loumielle: AI Portfolio Manager tracking margin utilization, real-time PnL, and liquidation risks.
[?]Do I need to create an account or log in to the website?›
No website accounts, passwords, or web dashboards required. Deployments are initiated directly via the Systems page and managed entirely through Telegram. Your Telegram account acts as your secure identity.
[?]What prerequisites are required before activating a bot?›
You only need three things:
- An active Binance Futures account with funded trading capital.
- An API key with Read Info and Enable Futures permissions enabled (Withdrawals DISABLED).
- A Telegram account for control and notifications.
[?]Is there a Demo or Testnet mode available?›
Not currently. All bots operate live on Binance Futures mainnet. If you wish to evaluate performance before allocating full capital, you can start with a small account — position sizing automatically scales proportionally.
[?]Do I need to keep my computer or phone running 24/7?›
No. All execution engines operate on dedicated, high-availability cloud servers maintained 24/7. Your personal devices and internet connection have zero effect on bot execution.
[?]Can I run multiple bots on the same exchange account simultaneously?›
Yes. Loutias, Louapult, and Loumielle can operate under the same Binance API key simultaneously. Each bot serves a distinct function — trade execution, market telemetry, or risk oversight — ensuring zero operational conflicts.
── 02: SECURITY & FUNDS SAFETY
[?]Are my funds safe? Does Louistation have access to my capital?›
Your capital never leaves your exchange account. The provided API key grants Read + Trade access only. Binance physically blocks any withdrawal attempt without explicit withdrawal permissions — which you never grant.
[?]Which API permissions do I need to enable?›
Enable exactly two permissions on Binance API Management: Read Info and Enable Futures. Never enable Spot Trading or Withdrawals under any circumstances.
[?]What happens if Louistation's infrastructure is breached?›
In a worst-case scenario, an attacker could only trigger trade execution — they cannot withdraw funds. Your capital remains securely on Binance. Additionally, you can IP-whitelist our dedicated server addresses on your Binance API settings for strict network-level isolation.
[?]How are my API keys encrypted and stored?›
API credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptography on isolated VPS instances. They are never logged in plaintext or shared with third parties. Deleting or revoking the key on Binance instantly terminates all bot access.
[?]Which cryptocurrency exchanges are currently supported?›
Binance Futures is natively supported out of the box. Support for OKX, Bybit, and BloFin is available on a case-by-case basis and may require dedicated setup assistance.
── 03: BOT FEATURES & AI CAPABILITIES
[?]What trading strategy governs the flagship Loutias bot?›
Loutias executes an institutional-grade EMA Pullback framework on Binance Futures. It identifies macro trends via Exponential Moving Averages, waits for retracements into high-probability value zones, and enters Long or Short positions. Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) targets are dynamically calculated per order using Average True Range (ATR).
Note: Loutias NEVER uses high-risk mechanics like Grid, Martingale, or uncontrolled averaging down.
Note: Loutias NEVER uses high-risk mechanics like Grid, Martingale, or uncontrolled averaging down.
[?]What is the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration?›
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard enabling AI models to interface directly with system tools and APIs. Loutias utilizes an MCP-driven AI agent layer to parse live account telemetry, interpret natural language text commands, and execute exchange API actions directly via Telegram.
[?]How does Louapult market intelligence operate?›
Louapult executes continuous data aggregation cycles — pulling telemetry from the Fear & Greed Index, real-time news feeds, on-chain whale movements, and order book imbalances. It processes this telemetry through advanced LLM analytics to deliver hourly summaries directly to Telegram, highlighting market sentiment, dominant trends, and regime classifications (Risk-On / Risk-Off / Neutral).
[?]How does Loumielle protect my account from liquidation risks?›
Loumielle monitors your live margin ratio and liquidation thresholds in real time. It broadcasts instant Telegram alerts if risk levels cross safe parameters, while tracking unrealized PnL, margin utilization, and total exposure. It also auto-generates structured weekly and monthly portfolio performance breakdowns.
[?]Does the system enforce automated Stop Loss and Take Profit orders?›
Yes. Every position opened by Loutias includes native exchange-side SL and TP orders calculated via ATR. Because these orders reside directly on Binance's order book, they remain active and enforceable even if the bot infrastructure loses connection.
[?]Can I manually close or manage positions while the bot is running?›
Yes. You retain full control over your Binance account at all times. Manual intervention will not trigger conflict loops with the bot. Alternatively, you can instruct Loutias to close specific positions directly via Telegram text commands.
── 04: NATURAL LANGUAGE COMMANDS
[?]What natural language commands can I send to Loutias via Telegram?›
Just type plain English inside Telegram — no rigid syntax or special codes needed:
→ "Close my ETH position"
⚡ Market-closes your open ETH/USDT futures position.
→ "What positions am I currently in?"
⚡ Lists active positions with entry price, PnL, and leverage.
→ "Cancel all open orders on BTC"
⚡ Cancels all pending limit and stop orders for BTC/USDT.
→ "Pause trading for the next 4 hours"
⚡ Temporarily suspends new signal entry triggers.
→ "What's my total unrealized PnL right now?"
⚡ Returns total account-wide unrealized PnL in USDT.
→ "Set my max leverage to 5x"
⚡ Updates the leverage cap applied to all future trades.
[?]What natural language commands can I send to Loumielle via Telegram?›
Query portfolio health and performance metrics effortlessly:
→ "Show me my PnL for this week"
⚡ Returns daily breakdown of realized and unrealized PnL.
→ "What's my current margin ratio?"
⚡ Reports live margin utilization and available USDT balance.
→ "Send me the monthly report"
⚡ Generates a comprehensive PnL and trading summary for the current month.
→ "How much have I made since I started?"
⚡ Displays cumulative net realized profit since activation.
[?]Are there commands the AI agent will refuse to execute?›
Yes. The AI agent enforces strict security guardrails. It will refuse withdrawal requests (physically blocked at the API key level), spot trading execution (futures-only engine), or any operation that violates predefined risk parameters. If an ambiguous command is received, the agent will request clarification before taking action.
── 05: PRICING, BILLING & PERFORMANCE SHARE
[?]What is the subscription pricing structure for the fleet?›
- Loutias: $20/month base fee + 10% performance share on net profits.
- Louapult: $25/month flat fee.
- Loumielle: $25/month flat fee.
- Full Fleet Bundle: Deploying all 3 bots grants a 10% discount on total base subscription fees.
[?]How is the $20 base fee + 10% Profit Share calculated and billed?›
The $20 base fee is charged monthly upfront to cover cloud infrastructure and runtime costs. At the end of each 30-day cycle, if your trading account generated positive net realized profit, a 10% performance fee is calculated on those net gains. Fixed base fee and variable profit share are billed as two distinct transactions.
[?]What happens if my account finishes the monthly cycle in a net loss?›
You pay zero profit share fee. The 10% performance share applies strictly to positive net realized profits accumulated during that specific 30-day cycle.
[?]What payment methods are accepted?›
Payments are processed exclusively via on-chain cryptocurrency transfers: USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20) or TON. Credit cards, PayPal, and fiat currencies are not accepted.
[?]What happens if I miss a monthly subscription renewal?›
Automated Telegram reminders are dispatched prior to your renewal date. If payment is not settled within the grace period, bot execution is suspended — no new trades will open. Existing exchange-side Stop Loss and Take Profit orders remain active on Binance. Service resumes immediately upon invoice settlement.
[?]What is the refund policy?›
All subscription and performance fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Telegram. Deactivation takes effect within 24 hours with no recurring future charges.
── 06: REFERRAL & AFFILIATE NETWORK
[?]How does the Louistation Referral & Affiliate Program work?›
You can earn runtime extensions or recurring monthly payouts by inviting traders to Louistation:
- Tier 1 — Scout (1–5 Refs): Earn +7 extra days of bot runtime per active user.
- Tier 2 — Affiliate (6–10 Refs): Earn 10% recurring monthly commission on base subscription fees.
- Tier 3 — Partner (>10 Refs): Earn 15% lifetime recurring commission on base subscription fees.
── 07: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE
[?]Do I need to host a personal VPS or run local scripts?›
No. Zero client-side infrastructure is required. All algorithms run on enterprise-grade, dedicated cloud servers optimized for 24/7 high-frequency execution.
[?]What is the execution speed and uptime guarantee?›
Our infrastructure maintains a 99.9% operational uptime target. Signal-to-API execution latency is consistently under 200 milliseconds directly to Binance Futures servers.
[?]How does the system handle exchange API downtime or network lag?›
The core execution engine utilizes intelligent retry logic with exponential backoff. Native Stop Loss orders are placed directly on Binance order books during position entry, ensuring risk coverage even during unexpected API disruptions.
[?]Which trading pairs and timeframes are supported?›
Primary focus is maintained on major high-liquidity assets: BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, along with select mid-cap pairs. Strategies execute primarily on 15m and 1H timeframes, configurable during initial setup.
── 08: TROUBLESHOOTING & SUPPORT
[?]What should I do if I receive an "Invalid API Key" error?›
This typically occurs if your API key was rotated, permissions were modified, or IP whitelisting restrictions failed. Verify your key settings inside Binance (ensure Read Info + Enable Futures are ON), then re-submit your updated key via Telegram.
[?]How are order execution failures or severe slippage managed?›
If an order fails, the engine logs the event, cancels the setup safely, and dispatches an instant Telegram alert. Limit orders are prioritized to eliminate unexpected slippage. During extreme market volatility, the bot will auto-widen slippage buffers or temporarily skip high-risk entries.
[?]How can I reach technical support?›
Direct technical support is available via the official Telegram support handle provided during onboarding. All inquiries are handled directly inside Telegram.
